The Restaurant
Roger Hickman honed his culinary skills right here at the spot where Adlard’s resided. Now, with his own name proudly on the door, he's paved his own path in the culinary scene Norwich has to offer. His restaurant isn't just a place to eat; it's a warm, welcoming haven. Guests often describe it as a delightful treat, where you can relax and enjoy great quality food in a setting that feels like home. The decor is charmingly tasteful, with low lighting, neutral hues and part of Roger's personal collection of modern art from local artists. The two dining rooms flow seamlessly together, exuding an understated elegance that's hard not to love.
Reviews
"Personally run restaurant in a historic part of the city, with soft hues, modern art and romantic corners. Service is attentive yet unobtrusive. Cooking is modern, intricate and displays respect for ingredients’ natural flavours."
"There is an unruffled serenity about Roger Hickman’s restaurant that hits the mark winter or summer, lunch or dinner. Its white-clothed elegance is low-key, the food is deliciously unfussy, and knowledgeable service is the sort you wish every establishment could deliver."
